Empathic Sensitivity is a big topic right now in some Spiritual circles.
When energetic downloads happen they flood your energy fields with high levels of photon light.
If you’re unprepared, this can send your energy and grids into flux and that can leave gaps in your fields.
Those gaps are large enough for Empaths to “FEEL” more of the energy that surrounds them.As a empath you might think – well that’s par for the course – but I want to remind you of something.
Empathic Sensitivity does no HAPPEN TO YOU.
I know it can feel like it does…
But in truth,Your Sensations are like little Energy Radar Receptors – because Empaths are Energy transmuters.
You have a gift that helps transmute lower dense energies into light -But that doesn’t mean that you have soak it all in – be a sponge, allow it to take you down, make you sick or pull you out of balance.
Your sensitivity ‘alerts’ you to lower dense energy and you get to decide whether you soak it in or transmute it.
*The biggest misnomer about Empathic Sensitivity is that you don’t want to soak up energy.
Well, there ARE situations that are high vibe, full of joy, love, and connection that YOU DO want to soak up……and you get to choose that too!
When you truly embody that inner knowing of having a choice – you:
- Are conscious of where your power is
- You get to choose what energy you wish to soak up
- You transmute/become unavailable for lower dense energies
- You increase your levels of health
- You increase your levels of well-being
- You increase your levels of connection, freedom etc…
*High levels of Empathic Sensitivity does not make you more Psychic, Powerful or Spiritual.
- It’s an early warning system.
- It will show you where you’re absorbing energy
- It will remind you where you power is.
- It will show you where you’re out of balance.
- It teaches you compassion for others
- It shows you what other’s are experiencing.
…and it will constantly ask:
Are you available for This?
Is this what you want to Soak In?
Reminder…
YOU ARE A EFFIN’ POWERHOUSE OF SOURCE ENERGY & THERE IS NO ENERGY IN THE UNIVERSE THAT IS STRONGER THAN YOU!
