There are several ways you can perceive a resistant thought, feeling belief or energy and 9 times out of 10 you’re attacking it for being wrong, a bother, or you just want to get it out of the way, so you can accomplish the goals you’ve set out to accomplish.

Resistance is not your enemy – in fact it has show up on your doorstep and bitch-slapped you in the face to SHOW YOU what mindset thought, feeling or belief is keeping you from your goals.

It’s usually a set of unconscious beliefs you created in order to keep yourself “safe.” You’re afraid and unwilling to let the go of them because…. then what will happen? The unknown is scary.

When you “uplevel” you’re being asked to release those old ways of being, thinking and feeling and move into a new more expansive way.

The other aspect of resistance is that your current fear based Mindset SERVES you. Yes, it does – at some point in time you were fearful – and in order to keep yourself safe you created this way of thinking/believing in order to survive and they sound a bit like this…

➦If I release these way of thinking/believing then I:

✔Won’t be safe
✔I’ll be attacked by others.
✔People will see me.
✔I’ll be abandoned
✔People won’t like me
✔I’ll be rejected etc…

➦If I DON’T release these ways of thinking/believing then I am safe.

These mechanisms are no longer in alignment with who you are, where you’re going and what you want to be and the RESISTANCE is asking you to let them go by SHOWING you the areas in which your Mindset and Beliefs are in contradiction with your Alignment.


…But when you make Resistance your FRIEND – you’re able to locate the underlying FEARS, acknowledge them, love them, accept them and then release them.

This process alone will have you moving through all kinds of Sh*t at lightening speed and then resistance becomes your friend and not your enemy.
