How To Manifest – Simple Exercise

There’s a big trend of trying to create things in your outer world by focusing on what you’re lacking in it, but that isn’t how it works…

When you reference point what you need right now based on the lack you see in your outer world, you are then pulsed to try to create it with thoughts of “I need more clients” –  “I have to do a class” – “I need more money to pay my overhead” etc… This is lack.

When I ask my Clients what it is that they’re trying to create from having a full practice (we’ll use this as an example since we started with it but it can relate to any subject ) it kind of goes like this…

“I’m looking to create…

More Money
More Clients
Full Events
A Full Practice
A New Car
A Virtual Assistant 
Etc…

These answers come from a place of lack in the Outer World and now they feel pulsed to “do something” in order to create what they’re looking for. BUT the real question is….

What are they REALLY looking for?

They’re really looking to embody the FEELING that having all those things above brings to them.

Ex. Many people think that having money will help them feel safe and secure in their life – until they get the money and realize that they’re still scared and insecure… only they have more money.

EXERCISE:

Answer the following questions?

  • 1. What do you want to create in your life right now?
    (It doesn’t have to be money – although, that’s quite a popular subject)
  • 2. Pick ONE that resonates with you right now.
  • 3. Sit quietly for a moment and really think about it what that item could bring to you if you had it right now.
  • 4. Really Imagine HAVING that item – RIGHT NOW – In this present moment.
  • 5. Now, ask yourself… What does it feel like to have that item?
  • 6. Notice the way your body feels. Really dig deep and FEEL how having that item makes you FEEL inside (internally).

Some Examples that have come up have been:
Freedom
Joy
Peace
Relief
Happiness
etc…

  • 7. Whatever feeling that comes up for you is the one you’re looking for. Take a moment or two to find it.
  • 8. Once you find that feeling – whatever it is – Immerse yourself in it and hold it for 30 seconds.

You see what you’re trying to manifest isn’t really the first set of things we listed above.

More Clients
Full Events
A Full Practice
A New Car
A Virtual Assistant 

It’s the second set.

Freedom
Joy
Peace
Relief
Happiness

We have been trained to look into our outer world for what we’re lacking and try to create it without realizing what it is that we’re really trying to create.

You see…. Having more clients, a full practice etc… may offer you for example: freedom to do whatever you want.

So if I look for Freedom/joy/happiness  from within then the universe will reflect to me in my outer world that in which I am holding internally.

YOUR INTERNAL WORLD = CREATES YOUR OUTER WORLD

It doesn’t work in reverse. Although, we’ve been trained to do it that way.

So, If I try to manifest from what I see in my outer world ex.  (I need more clients, I have to fill my practice, I don’t have enough money) then I am creating from a place of fear and lack and I’m using the above formula in reverse.
