We all know that walking, running, yoga and any other type of exercise is good for you.
Not only does it assist in good health practice and boosts your metabolism, but it’s a fantastic energetic cleanser!!
Whenever you do a lot of energy work, meditation, or introspection you shift energy from one state to another and if you don’t move then you can get what I call “backed up” – energetically, of course 😉
Some symptoms of an energetic “back up” are:
- Feeling Heavy
- Tired
- Irritable
- Unmotivated
- Lethargic
- Whoozy
- Or Like someone threw a wet blanket over you.
Some people turn to food, mostly sugar, looking for that boost in energy only to realize that you’ve just packed on 10 pounds and you don’t feel any better.
20-30 minutes of movement a day is all you need for a boost.
I’m describing “movement” as:
- Walking around your local park or lake.
- Doing Yoga
- Stretching
- Gardening
- Cleaning
- Cooking
- Riding your bike
- Shopping (ever heard of retail therapy?) It’s a real thing! See when you’re shopping you’re FORCED to focus on what’s in front of you and that keeps your energy in the present moment!
These activities will not only help you clear your energetic fields but they will help keep you focused on other things.
The more time you can spend outdoors, however, the more you can really scrub those Energy centers. Your Chakra’s will thank you for it because it’s like giving them an energetic bath 🙂
Afterwards, you’ll feel revitalized, lighter, more relaxed, more focused and you might even find that you won’t need that 3 O’clock sugar fix, in order to make it through to the end of the day!
Do yourself, your Chakra’s and your Energy Fields a favor and take advantage of the outdoors and start MOVING!
You’ll feel much more refreshed!
