You know those times when you’re driving along to work, the store, or to pick up the kids and you’re in the crazy, harried energy?
You might even spend some time trying to breathe it through or in most cases… not.
So instead, that energy builds up and you might find yourself running around from one thing to another, all the while this energy is increasing.
You could go all day like this and still find that even when you get home you still feel out of sorts. Ever have one of those types of days?
Below is what I call the quick Heart Re-Set.
You can literally do it at stop light, your desk, the supermarket if you have to! Anywhere and anytime you need to hit the “RE-SET” button on your day.
It’s very simple and powerful all at the same time.
Here’s How it Works:
1. Cross your hands over your heart center.
2. Close your eyes (if you can) and imagine sitting right behind your heart. We call this the Divine line/Tube of Light in the Essence|Mastery programs I teach.
3. Take 3, long, deep breaths into your heart center.
4. Change hands. So the hand that was on the top for the first three breaths is now on the bottom closest to your heart.
The above exercise should take you less than a minute to complete. I don’t highly recommend doing it at a traffic light – but hey – sometimes you gotta do whatcha gotta do. Just be mindful if you do.
