Why Do Energy Downloads Kick Our…

As the energy on the planet shifts and changes many energetically sensitive people can actually feel it within their own energy fields and emotions. (Especially someone like me – who can feel just about everything!) 

So the question is:

What is an Energy Download and why does it Kick our A$$ when it happens? 

So as Energetic Beings lots of us are beginning to “wake up” to the fact that we are more than what we see in the mirror each day. That in truth we are this amazing beam of conscious Love and Light taking up stewardship in these physical human forms – we call the body.

With that knowledge, we have also come to learn other things like time is not linear, that our intentions, thoughts and beliefs have power in how we create our world and that healing energies are around us all the time and there are ways to access them for ourselves!

As we move into greater awareness that we are so much more than our bodies the planet and the enlightened consciousness starts to hold greater light, a higher vibration, and a new way of being.

With those changes people start to receive what we call downloads. Simply put, a download is an energetic packet downloaded to you, by your Soul, much in the way a computer downloads information from the internet.

Using the example of a computer… imagine that you’re running some old software. Everyone else is running the same software but you come across a fancy new website that is running completely different software that looks like it’s making that person’s life so much easier.

Naturally, you want that software. Why trudge through with your old software that only freezes up on you, causes your computer problems and doesn’t give you the type of display you’re looking for. So what do you do?

You download the New information to your computer!

This is the same with your energy.  Let’s say you come across a Spiritual Speaker who’s running some pretty nifty new software. You sit and listen to them and you’re like “Wow, that was great – I’d like to have that information too.” 

Your intention to receive that new “software” has been made and your Soul will now bring in that download for you so that your energy consciousness can be updated. 

Now that was example of an individual download but now let’s say that the Planet is going through her own download.  Well, since our bodies are a part of the consciousness of Earth – and we are exsisting on Earth – in One of her forms (the body)  – then it would go something like this…

Earth is raising her vibration – she is holding more light and bringing in a more enlightened conscious way of being onto her surface. Imagine Earth sending your Soul a little wrapped package, like you might get on your birthday, with a note that says OPEN NOW!

Once Earth decides what goes in the box she sends it to everyone on the planet. You open up the box and it’s a brand new energetic download! YAY! Your Soul says “this is great I’m going to use it right now!”

So now you begin to receive the new Energetic Download that holds a higher vibration of consciousness, new ways of being etc… for some this is an easy transition depending on how energetically sensitive your are for others it’s like getting hit over the head with a baseball bat.

Why? Because in order to allow for the new downloads to come in – the old beliefs and ways of being need to move out of your energetic fields in order to make room from the new stuff. This can be a very uncomfortable process for some. 

Feelings become purged out of your energetic fields and has the sense of things feeling worse before it’s get better. 

Purging can look a little like this if you’re not familiar with it.

• Depression
• Not wanting to get out of bed
• No motivation or Energy
• Feeling Alone
• Lost
• Having no Clarity or Direction
• Anger
• Mood Swings
• Crying
• Nightmares
• Disorientation
• etc….

On the brighter side these symptoms are only temporary and when it’s over you feel much more lighter.

So how can you tell if you’re going through an Energetic Download? 

Just be conscious of some of the symptoms above or any drastic mood changes you might encounter. Energetic Downloads happen all the time. Sometimes you feel them and sometimes you don’t. This is all about becoming more Self-Aware.

So, if you find yourself in a really lousy mood, can’t get out of bed, feel sluggish and depressed, check the Energetic Weather. 

Is it a full moon?

Is Mercury in Retrograde?

Are we having Solar Flares? 

Are the planets lined up in some funky way?

etc…. All of these things can affect your energy and bring in new Energetic Downloads.
