Ever wonder what it is about music that really shifts your energy?
Yesterday I was driving along in my car and started listening to “Glad you Came” by the The Wanted!

As I was listening, I started to really hear the words that were being sung.
(**Funny, I typed “worlds” instead of Words**) hahaha – interesting, eh?
….but in truth, music speaks to us at an energetic level. There are certain tones that can penetrate the energetic fields and dissolve blocked discordant energy that is stored there.
It has the ability to heal, change your mood and can relieve depression and other physical ailments.
At the same time, depending on what you listen to, it can also CAUSE depression.
So if you’ve just recently gone through a break-up and now start listening to really depression music where the singer is singing about death, abandonment and victimization to slow, emotional tones that bring you into a depressed state… then this will increase your symptoms and extend your healing time.
Conscious listening – is what is being asked for.
Being aware of where you are in your mental states and instead of feeding it with music that keeps you there we invite you to counter-act it with music that will lift you out of there.
I find this particular song (Glad You Came) as a reminder to be ever-present even when it feels as if “the sky fell on me.” 😉
It’s reminds us that our journey here to Awaken, Heal & Empower can sometimes be one that is not so comfortable… but by our presence here the “Universe will never be the same” because no matter what stage of development you’re in – the consciousness of the planet is changing… and for that The Universe ultimately is … Glad you Came!
