Woulda, Shoulda, Coulda….Are They Your Friends?

Do you know my friends Woulda, Shoulda, and Coulda?

Before you hit the “friend” button shall we look at how Woulda, Shoulda, & Coulda affect us energetically? Well, that is the REAL question, isn’t it? Let’s take a look at our friends from that perspective.

Let’s start with

WOULDA:

When I look at the energy of Woulda it has an undertone of FEAR attached to it. It’s something you “would have done” IF only X,Y,Z didn’t stand in your way. X,Y,Z could represent a person, money, a situation etc… whatever would keep you from moving forward.

SHOULDA:

The energy of Shoulda is one of those causes you to mentally “kick” yourself because you realize that if actually followed through when that inner voice chimed in with its “go, ahead – do it!” you “woulda” been at the place that you wanted to arrive at. So I look at the shoulda energy as the energy of DOUBT – that moment in time when you DID receive the information you were asking for but ignored it.

COULDA:

Coulda energy to me feels like a combination of the above. FEAR & DOUBT. If you LISTENED to your Intuition and followed that guidance then you would have had no DOUBT that you were being Divinely Guided and then you would have known that there was nothing to FEAR because you were on the right path.

HOW ELSE DO THESE ENERGIES WORK?

In Tandem – Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda, is also an energy we  use as a way to propel us forward because, as we know, there is brilliance in hindsight, right? It’s also an energy we use to keep us stuck in a particular vibration like drama, trauma and struggle. No one congratulates themselves when they don’t act on their Intuition and realizes that they should have because they missed an opportunity… at least I don’t 😉

More so than not… we use the experiences above to keep us in vibrations like FEAR, LACK, DOUBT, VICTIM etc… So I’m going to invite you next time to STOP when you are presented a choice, decision or opportunity to tune into your Intuition.

The process of slowing down, getting out of your head, and tuning in will help bring in clarity.  In my other Blog: Tapping Into your Intuition  there is a specific exercise you can play with.

So, how about it? Should we UN-FRIEND Woulda, Coulda, & Shoulda? What do you think?
